Ingredients
- 4 small baking potatoes chopped with skin on.
- 1 red onion chopped.
- 5 or 6 cloves fresh garlic peeled and smashed open.
- Splash of milk.
- 1 or 2 tablespoons butter.
- Crumbled goat cheese to taste.
Instructions

Boil potatoes, onions, and garlic in a pot of salted water until potatoes are soft. Drain. Mash with butter, milk, and crumbled goat cheese.
